We collect the information you give us directly:

• Phone number — used to sign you in with a one-time code, and to contact you about deliveries
• Name and email — collected the first time you sign in, used to personalise your account and send order updates
• Delivery addresses — used to deliver and pick up your gear
• KYC documents — for rentals that require identity verification, the document type, number, and an image you upload
• Orders, cart contents, reviews and coupon usage — generated as you use the site

We don't collect payment card or bank details ourselves — those are handled directly by Razorpay.

• To create and secure your account, and sign you in via SMS one-time codes
• To process, deliver, and support your rental or purchase orders
• To review KYC submissions where verification is required for an order
• To show you your order history and rental status
• To send order and delivery updates by SMS or email

We share the minimum needed with the services that make the site work:

• Razorpay, to process payments
• MSG91, to send the SMS one-time codes used for login
• Resend, for transactional email
• Our cloud storage provider, to store uploaded KYC document images and product photography

We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

We use a secure, signed session cookie to keep you logged in between visits. It identifies your account — it isn't used for third-party advertising tracking.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations after that. Personal data submitted during identity verification is securely deleted from our systems upon order cancellation or request.
